A question your buyers ask an AI assistant, such as “best helpdesk for a small SaaS team”. Each prompt is checked on every assistant in your plan.
One AI agent credit covers 1,000 model tokens, the pieces of text a model reads and writes. Chat, AI suggestions, page drafts, edits and conversation memory share the allowance shown in your plan. Longer conversations use more credits. Credits reset on the first of each month (UTC) and do not roll over. You can see usage in Billing. AI work pauses when there are not enough credits for the next request; there are no automatic extra charges. Visibility checks have a separate allowance.
